STEP 3 Review and accept the pilot terms.Accepting these terms reserves the founding offer. No payment is collected and automatic billing is not activated.

REGULAR RATE $499/month Standard monthly price after the founding offer closes. Founding Dealer Pilot & Inventory Authorization 1. Authorized inventory. The dealership authorizes AutoPlug to receive, process and publicly display the dealership's approved vehicle data, pricing, descriptions, branding and photographs during the relationship.
2. Accuracy and rights. The dealership confirms it has the right to distribute the submitted information and will keep availability, pricing and vehicle status accurate. Sold or withdrawn vehicles must be removed promptly.
3. Leads and reporting. AutoPlug may collect buyer inquiries, route them to the dealership, and retain operational records and performance metrics such as views, saves and inquiries.
4. Pilot. The approved pilot lasts 60 calendar days from the written activation date. There is no platform fee during the pilot.
5. Membership pricing. The founding rate is $150 per month after the pilot for dealerships approved under this offer. AutoPlug's regular published dealership rate is $499 per month after the founding offer closes. No payment is collected with this form and billing will not begin without separate activation and billing authorization.
6. Review and publication. AutoPlug may verify the dealership, signer and inventory rights before publishing. Submission does not guarantee approval.
7. Cancellation. Either party may end the pilot or decline paid activation. Published inventory will be removed within a commercially reasonable period after access ends.
8. Electronic records. The typed signature, acceptance boxes, agreement version, submission time and network records form the electronic acceptance record.
Important: This digital authorization should receive final review by AutoPlug's Pennsylvania attorney before commercial use.
